COLORS OF CULTURE, LANGUAGE OF ART: INTERACTIONS OF CULTURAL ELEMENTS IN ART AND DESIGN
Dear Researchers, Artists, and Designers,
We are delighted to host the second International Art and Design Symposium at Eurasian International University in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan—a city distinguished by its rich cultural heritage and multilayered artistic accumulation.
Organized under the theme “Colors of Culture, Language of Art: The Interaction of Cultural Elements in Art and Design,” this symposium aims to explore the role of cultural values within contemporary art and design practices, as well as the processes of transformation and reinterpretation.
Culture, with its elements such as identity, memory, tradition, and experience, is one of the fundamental sources of artistic production. Art, on the other hand, is a powerful medium that reinterprets culture, makes it visible, and carries it into the future. This reciprocal interaction forms the basis of a creative transformation that nourishes both individual production and collective memory.
In this context, the symposium aims to bring together academics, artists, designers, and researchers from various disciplines, offering a broad platform for discussion—alongside scientific presentations and exhibitions—on topics including, but not limited to:

The symposium will accept oral presentations, poster presentations, and artistic/practical works. Participants are expected to contribute original research, theoretical approaches, and creative productions.

You must apply to the Congress by sending an abstract. Since our congress has an INTERNATIONAL character, it is obligatory to send an abstract in English. The summary evaluation process takes a maximum of 5 days. The author is informed about the result of the evaluation without delay.

This exhibition is open to all local, national or international artists.
All local, national and international artists, professional and amateur and multiple art mediums will be considered in this call for art.
Acceptable mediums include Acrylic, Airbrush, Bronze, Ceramic, Charcoal, Collage, Color Pencil, Computer Art, Digital Art, Digital Photography, Drawings, Encaustic, Fiber Arts, Glass Art, Graphite, Gouache, Illustration, Mixed Media, New Media, Oil, Pastel, Pen and Ink, Photo Assemblage, Printmaking, Sculpture, Traditional Photography, Video, or Watercolor.
Note: All artists who submit to this show will be accepted and have at least one of their submitted works posted and promoted on our website...

- Image should be in JPEG format with 300 DPI resolution and at least (2200x 1700) pixels
- Each applicant can send maximum 2 works
- After evaluation if your work is seleceted for exhibiton we will send you an exhibiton acceptance letter
- After receiving your acceptance please make your payment via credit card until October 09, 2025
- Online exhibition is also will be uploaded on web site
- Art Exhibition Catalogue will be published (with ISBN) by IKSAD Publishing House
